I initially had an appointment with Dr. Plein at Sinus and Snoring MD due to pressure / fluid in my ear. During the appointment, tests were conducted and the pressure was confirmed. The doctor stated I could try Flonase daily for a couple of months, and if it didn’t work, she could put a tube in my ear. First ENT doctor since 2017 to explore the situation, listen and problem solve with me. Never have a felt as heard as I did with Dr. Plein. She and her staff went out of their way to help me navigate some solutions and move towards a potential diagnosis of an issue that has crippled my life for too long with no resolution. Could not recommend higher! A+

I made an appointment through zoc-doc. Everyone in this doctor's office was amazing. Drew was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. No waiting, appointment was on time. We were in and out. I'm very pleased with service.

Had a horrible experience as a first time patient today. I completed all medical forms prior to my appointment, I needed help desperately with my inner ear after experiencing days of reduced hearing in one ear and resulting dizziness and nausea. The very rude front desk associate turned me away (without properly reviewing my information before the start time of my appointment) offering me no assistance in finding another Doctor to help me. Clearly no emphasis on patient empathy or care.
