Empathy. He started out the appointment by saying “This isn’t your imagination” After suffering needlessly for 20 years. He was spot on with diagnosis. I can now have a more productive life. Thankful for him.
Complaints about Dr. Collin are unfounded. He didn't waste time on "niceties". His or ours. First words out of his mouth to my sweetheart were " why did they ( Boston) wait so long to cardiovert you? ". That meant he HAD read my honey's previous chart! That he CARED that he got the proper help in the proper time! When he came in the room dictating it, it was to INCLUDE us in his assessment. To allow us IN on it! When he engaged me, who was also in the medical field, it was because l added info HELPFUL to his patient assessme... read more
