I had chronic ear pain for many years, saw many specialists who all thought it was TMJ, after months of physio which only made things worse, Dr. Day had an idea to relieve pressure on the bite between my molars, it was genious as the pain i lived with for years disapeared and never came back after that. Thank you very much!
I have had dental issues for two decades, and have seen many dentists. I was in immense pain, when Jenny, one of the technicians saw me at work. After chatting, she managed to put in an emergency visit for me with Dr.Day. I have fear of dentists due to past visits to other clinics, and Dr.Day and his technicians were lovely, patient, and empathetic. The receptionist is also absolutely fantastic. Super friendly all around the office. Only issue I’ve had was a procedure done that I said "NO" to, but they took it upon themselves to do it anyways. Constant issues with my jaw ever since. Have had two doctors now tell me my jaw is out of place. (Since 2020 - 2024 have had 7 doctors/ENT/oral surgeons etc tell me but dentist still refuses to admit his mistake). 3 ENT, 1 Oral Surgeon, Chiropractor, 2 Orthodontists, Family Doctor, my specialist, his resident + more have now all confirmed his mistake. I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Day and his entire team! Everyone is kind and caring, and go above and beyond with their care. They understand my needs, and scope of financial budget, and kindly help to plan my visits around my healthcare plan. If I could give more stars, I would!
