This is my favorite Doctor's office my childern and I have ever been too. Dr. Kao gives his time to his patients. He's not a Doctor to rush you out. If you have questions he listens. And of course Lisa the Face of the Office when you walk in, She is amazing!!! She definitely is great!!! She has amazing customer service skills, she greets you a smile when you Come in and makes sure to say goodbye if she's not busy of course!!!!

Dr Colin Kao is a very caring doctor who takes the times to hear what you are saying. He has a very pleasant bedside manner. He has taken extra time with me which I am sure would have put him behind in his schedule but he spent the extra time anyway because I needed it. He is always attentive when meds need to be reordered. He is also attentive if there is an issue that needs to addressed. He is just the best!
