A very bad experience. The doctor was quite professional, but the front desk messed up the schedule completely. Even though I made an appointment for a specific time, I still had to wait a very long time after arriving. And the time for removing the stitches was also changed even though it had been arranged. The service was terrible.

Going in I was expecting a long wait, a stressful time (based on why I had to be there, not anything to do with them) In my area, there are no dermatologists or skin cancer drs that have room for new patients. So through an OHIP referral, I found myself traveling 2 hours to Toronto for this appointment. When I walked in and went to the front desk, I was met with a smile that put me at ease. After many meetings with dr hong and his team i can say its been a total waste of time. I can see why there is so many bad reviews. get skin help should be shut down. They are a mess
I have been referred to Dr. Hong to treat keloid. It has been almost two years since I first started treatment. I have removed cyst with him, the stitch opened 3 hours later after I went home (just watched movie at home, did not do any exercise). I had to visit emergency to put two stitch back on again. The girl from the check in desk always shows cold face, sounds like she hates to work at this clinic, not friendly at all.
