My fiancé and I both visited urgent care today for similar symptoms of what appeared to be from a lingering cold. Dr. O'Brien was friendly when he first walked in, however then became quickly condescending. He didn't even pull up my chart, and asked if I had any "prior illnesses," when Asthma and Epilepsy are both in my chart and have been for a long time. I came in after having seizures and possible spinal fluid leaks from a brain tumor and was denied any help or testing and was told to just find a neurologist. Colin O'Brien was the doctor who rudely dismissed me and discharged me without any concerns.

Dr. O'Brien comes in and introduces himself and he seemed pleasant enough but then begins to shame me for not getting the covid booster and proceeds to tell me I am overweight (which I am well aware, I have battled being overweight forever since I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer) He mentioned me being overweight at least 3 times in a 10 minute lecture regarding COVID-19. It just wasn't necessary
