Dr. Heineken cares very much for his patients and their outcome. Never have felt rushed. Willing to take time to answer questions. Highly recommend Dr Heineken and OAL.

Dr. Heinle is very caring and compassionate. He explained all our options for treatment. A great physician.
Dr Heinle is always great with my 94 year old mom with Alzheimer’s. (Among her other issues) He is gentle with her and very understanding. She has been having wrist issues and Dr Heinle explained how to put less stress on her wrist and use a splint. He also very gently gave her a cortisone shot in her wrist, which should save a lot of trips to urgent care.
