My wife and I are Dr Campbell's patients. The office has acknowledged that it owes a refund to us. We have been informed by the office that their policy regarding patient refunds is that a check cannot be mailed or picked up. It has to be used up during subsequent visits. To date, we have not encountered this policy elsewhere. The office charges interest on money owed to the office but refuses to return the money owed to the patient. We respectfully request them to re-think their policy. Best wishes.

Upon my 2nd visit, Dr. Colin Campbell and staff conducted an incredibly thorough examination, taking the time to listen and address all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. What really set the experience apart was their sense of humor—they brought a lighthearted energy to the room that should put patients at ease. It is rare to find a physician who balances top-tier professional expertise with such an engaging personality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free doctor's visit!

Call as a new patient and the receptionist was so freaking rude, First, she put me on hold for a good 20 minutes Then came back to the phone when I asked her if she accepted champ VA she had such an attitude nope we don’t accept champ va in a rude voice an just hung up the phone like where is your manners? Dr. Colin Campbell is, without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His staff is equally impressive - friendly, professional, and always willing to lend a helping hand.
