Dr Cole is not a professional doctor; he discriminated against me because I cancelled my appointment in 2023 with reason, now my PSA reading is elevated and I tried to schedule an appointment with him and he refused and I also tried the second doctor in the clinic and Dr. COLE refused the appointment with Dr Kwan even though Kwan has no history of me. Dr Cole performed a successful cystoscopy procedure for my father at Milton Hospital when he was admitted in emergency due to bladder issues. My father is recovering well. I found Dr Cole very professional, talented and experienced urologist. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
