I can’t believe this office gets away with what it does! I suffer from extremely painful and recurring kidney stones. Dr Cole performed a surgery on me and didn’t remove all my kidney stones during the first procedure (should have seen that as a red flag) and there remained a 2mm stone post operation. I wish I could give this clinic a zero star rating. Like a lot of reviewers here say the secretaries are the worst people you could ever deal with, to be perfectly blunt they are not empathetic at all! They are rude and have ZERO tact (the worst ever even after caring for my older parents and have dealt with dozens of offices this is by far the worst!). I hope that one secretary needs the help of a doctor and then she is treated the same as she treats others. Be careful with this clinic there are some not so nice secretaries... read more
