I wish I could give this clinic a zero star rating. Like a lot of reviewers here say the secretaries are the worst people you could ever deal with, to be perfectly blunt they are not empathetic at all! They are rude and have ZERO tact (the worst ever even after caring for my older parents and have dealt with dozens of offices this is by far the worst!). To those familiar with Dr. Cole’s glamour shop, a center of arrogance practice assumingly operating outside of public funding. I’m struggling to understand where medical judgment ends and biases begin in their shop. An urgent referral from a reputable hospital was declined, not because of my medical condition, but because I had missed an earlier (I think years ago, don't even remember now) appointment with a different doctor working in the same shop with Dr. Cole. The doctor is good but his receptionist is terrible! She has no manners and does not know how to talk to people. She wants me to do something that is HER JOB to do. I get very frustrated dealing with her. She is the worst!!
