I was referred from the Emergency Department to Dr. Eric for treatment of a kidney stone. The ER physician informed me that I would be seen within a week and advised me to call the office if I did not hear back. Despite several attempts, I was unable to receive a proper response. I was referred to Dr Cole by a patient of his as I have had kidney stones for over six years and a very large one. Dr Cole is amazing, his bedside manners are one of the best I’ve seen from a Doctor. As this was my first surgery, I was ultra nervous but Dr Cole was always reassuring to me. We ran into some problems at the first attempt to remove my stones, kind of a long story, but he was successful at the second attempt and in no way was it Dr Coles fault that the first attempt was not successful. Dr. Cole is an incredibly skilled and compassionate doctor. After my first kidney surgery didn’t go as planned, I was nervous, but Dr. Cole reassured me and took the time to explain what went wrong and what needed to be done next.
