Spoke with the front desk and tried to get some information about TMJ treatment as this is the first listed in-network provider for my insurance. Whoever I spoke with at the front desk was pretty sarcastic and rude and said “you come in, you see the doctor, he prescribes you treatment if you need it”. I’m aware of how to go to the doctor and didn’t need the play-by-play on that in any way, shape, or form.
