Called to ask if I could self pay because my insurance isn’t accepted and the receptionist was rude and hung up on me. I’ve heard the dentist there is phenomenal and was referred by a family member, but unfortunately the receptionist is rude. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
My new patient experience was absolutely the Best from the front desk smiles and knowledge regarding insurance and ease of scheduling . The Hygenist " Liza" was top notch the best cleaning I've ever had in my life. She was super kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable in her field. Her assistant was the cutest and very good at taking the bitewings, and Pano. Dr. Cody Barrett compassionate approach and excellent care also went unnoticed. See you all in 6 months.
