I have had 2 colonoscopies with Dr Clyde Collins. His work was great, but his office staff is terrible and he was not very upfront with coverage. My first colonoscopy was done 3 years ago and found 11 polyps. I have a family history of colon cancer. He recommended I come back every 3 years. My second colonoscopy done in April found 4 more. He did not mention that most insurances do cover colonoscopies except after every ten years and they are denying my claim. Dr. Collins is the best doctor we have experienced. We would highly recommend Dr. Collins! He’s knowledgeable with a compassionate and reassuring bedside manner. We were given explicit directions before and after the procedure. Both of us felt comfortable and confident we were getting the best care!
