Dr Collins is great. He is attentive during appointments, leaving time for questions and concerns. However I consistently have issues with the office staff, communication and reasonable accommodations. Lab location and hours of operations are not documented properly in the app or consistent across staff members. I had a lab appt on 4/15 at 11:30. As I was leaving I realized I would be 9 min late. The staff were so nice and professional. Dr Collins spent quality time listening to my issues and giving me advice on how to improve my condition. Everyone should try this facility.
My GP recommended starting colonoscopy and referred me to Dr. Collins. Genuinely caring and took time to make sure I was comfortable. Any questions he was ready to answer! His team was also terriffic. - Dr. Lam, Melissa, Evangeline and anyone else I may have missed you are awesome!
Dr. Collins is very informative and thorough. He listens to you and can make recommendations for treatment. His staff is very good friendly and informative.
