Terrible experience. Emerson is Incompetent, Untruthful, Cruel. Never in my life could I imagine being told that someone you hire to do something specific will finally admit that he was doing the opposite and refuse to remove the wire. He would say a tooth will go forward, and it would go backward. My front top teeth had bowed in, and he was hired to bow them out with a $10,000 fee. My insurance took care of most of this. I have had four children receive orthodontia care over the last 10 years with Dr. Emerson at the Broken Arrow office. His office staff is personable, his office is flexible and Dr. Emerson is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and my kids absolutely love him. They look forward to visits and he makes his office atmosphere fun for the kids. Highly, highly recommend him!!!
Dr Emerson's staff was extremely unhelpful about appointment times and updates. Appointment times were very unreasonable for a working mother and I was told when I signed up that they would work with me on appointment times. It never happened. Plus when I did have to cancel an appointment. It was another three weeks out before I got another one...Totally ridiculous.
