Dr Doerr took his time to explain everything I needed to know he was very through it was one of the best visits I had with a dr in a long time once my results come back his office got in contact with me and explained to me the next step.
Dr. Doerr has stabilized my asthma, and we are now in maintenance mode, and he does a great job of analyzing my Pulmonary Function Test results to ensure we continue on the right path. When I begin to experience symptoms of a URI, they have a great triage line that quickly gets my information to the doctor, and the appropriate treatment regimen is started the same day I call, without requiring an appointment and a visit to the Med Center to see the doctor. Best COPD/Asthma practice in Houston!
Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up with my elderly mother’s care. She had such hope after her first visit with him that there would be found a root cause for her breathing problems and after the tests were conducted it was radio silence from the office. Multiple calls not returned. Finally reached a supervisor who once returned a call and indicated that only one of the two test results had been reviewed.
