Not sure how this guy ever got a license. Doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about.
He was so condescending. He chastised me when I couldn't remember the names of every antibiotic I had ever been on (I could only remember the last two). I said, "well I always go to Intermountain so you should have a record of my previous prescriptions." He also called me "little lady" on the way out the door. Completely misogynistic and unprofessional.

Liked him but now I'm screwed over dealing with my pain !!! Its taking 5 doctors to just try to fill his shoes and still lm screwed over! So thanks Castle View hospital or Bucket View Hospital as your best known as!!! His staff was amazing I stayed with him because of the staff they made whatever doc, PA or whatever title they had the best!!!
