I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gates and his entire team. He took his time and listened to my concerns and questions and never rushed me or made me feel dismissed. Dr. Gates clearly explained my condition and the options that I had. On the day I went in for surgery, everything went smoothly and professional. My recovery went way better than expected. Dr. Gates is very professional, and took the time to answer my questions and explain in detail (in words I could understand!) the pros and cons of the surgery and what to expect during and after.
