I spent an hour and a half getting ready to see Dr. Speaks for about 3 minutes, during which he told me he would give me the smile he wanted or no smile at all. In our extremely brief conversation he said that he wanted to remove one of my (perfectly healthy) teeth, then said his reasoning was 'bad things can happen' if we didn't and 'it's not good.' I found Dr. Speaks on a referral and I am forever grateful! He is the nicest, most qualified orthodontist around. His team is so competent and friendly, I am so happy to call them friends after my time in his office. Dr. Speaks quoted a time period of 2.5 - 3 years with braces, and I got them off in 2 years and 2 months! I very much appreciate the accuracy and efficiency! My treatment wasn't an easy case either... I would only recommend Dr. Speaks to anyone looking for an Orthodontist! :)
