Very friendly staff. I felt welcomed. Dr Georges was absolutely brilliant.
The office staff was rude, unprofessional, and lazy. They refused to send us the paperwork to have our records sent. They lied about that to our primary physician. They berated the office staff of our primary care physician. Our primary care office staff went so far as to break protocols to send our records. Then Dr George's office staff lied AGAIN and said they didn't have our records. They cancelled a BADLY needed appointment after we waited more than a month for it. Good Doctor answer all my question
My father had some stones in the ureter and Dr. Georges recommended a nephrectomy (kidney removal). My dad was 74 at the time. Dr. Georges was extremely adamant it is the right thing to do. He painted the picture of septic shock and death becuase of the stones if we do not accept to do the nephrectomy. Thank God, we had a urologist in the family who we brought in on the phone to discuss with him. Dr Georges just argued and got super defensive. Beware! Extreme verbal mental abuse. Watch out for rage and anger issues that commonly appear based on personal interactions & several reviews. Working in his home we felt extremely uncomfortable due to his screaming and temper. Boyfriend had to intervene several times.
