Dr. Clem has been my son and i's primary care physician for over 10 years. The office staff is extremely nice, they will get you in ASAP if necessary. They listen to me which is rare in the medical field. They address my concerns. They don't push things on me without asking and when I refuse they are fine with it. They understand that these are my decisions. It's a great office. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else
This office will over charge for services. Also Dr Kirkland will have services done in office your insurance will not pay for. They will then dismiss from practice. He will not transfer records without paying $85 admin fee. They rob their patients.
Dr. Clem Kirkland has been my primary care physician for over 10 years and has consistently provided excellent care with a warm, friendly bedside manner. His staff is professional yet welcoming and seems always able to schedule an appointment even when requested at the last minute. Dr. Kirkland is a top notch diagnostician and informative about the most current approach to my health care needs. I have referred several friends and family members to the Kirkland practice and all are pleased!
