We had a really great experience with Dr. Clean Carpet Cleaning. From the beginning, they were super communicative and made the whole process easy. They showed up on time and even took the time to have a phone consultation with us beforehand to really understand what we wanted out of the carpet cleaning and what areas/goals were most important to us given we have a small puppy. I was in a time crunch to have our sectional sofa cleaned, and Richard was able to fit me in the next day, and the price was very reasonable. The cleaning was thorough, and the sofa looks and smells great! Highly recommend!
I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received this morning. Mr. Richard showed up to my house on time, courteous and extremely professional. The rug that I had cleaned is a deep shag That I picked up secondhand. It was hiding a lot of debris and dirt. He left it clean and smelling amazing. You cant beat a local company that does great work AND answers their phone! They were able to get me scheduled with a few days. Arrived on time. Communication for appt confirmation and estimated arrival times was refreshing. Carpet smells great and was not left soaked! They even moved my rug and lounge seat! Will be using this company again for carpet cleaning and carpet repair!
