Absolutely Terrible! DO NOT USE!! They scammed me and charged me more when they inspected my property saying it was bigger than they expected when I provided them with all the relevant information and photo evidence and they needed to delayed cleaning several times on top of it! Also didn't do a good enough job in the end, the property agent wasn't Happy. PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY!!
POOR JOB. Very basic clean for $$$. Had to re-attempt/reaccess a property to clean after inspected.
Scammers through and through - DO NOT USE!! Took over $1200 for a bond clean only to find nothing had been clean they ask for payment upfront so you can’t do anything if they don’t turn up - they also correspond through a third party system so you can’t retrace your communication with them - evidence with real estTe photos - they don’t respond and then threaten you with lawyers - no bond back and no service and no clean -not only is it a police matter, they have left a disabled client with no money and a bad record for no cl... read more
