Clayton Del Prince is a wonderful physican. He is understanding and highly trained/qualified. I never felt like just another case. He was very in tune with me as a patient. The office management at ubmd needs to address his phone/ voicemail needs. The office staff personnel in office are great but phone call needs are not address properly. This is not a reflection on the physican, but the general operation of ubmd.
I've tried to call at least 10 times a day for the past week and it goes straight to a voicemail I've left numerous messages emails and still had yet to receive a call back.
They do not return phone calls! And don’t answer the phone. Never a return call.
