I called the office this morning, Friday, to find out if they had recieved the results from a urinalysis I had done 2 days ago. I have been waiting all day, in terrible pain, for the promised return call. I finally called back at 4:00pm and the office is closed. Labor Day is on Monday and I am flying to another state on Tuesday morning. I have an infection and will not be able to contact them for the necessary prescription for another 4 days. Needless to say I am not very happy with the lack of competency from this office.
You couldn’t ask for a better family Internist. He works with you to allow you to be a part of your treatment. He treats you as a Human Being not a statically driven outcome from medical school educations, you’re not just a bunch of random analysis. Keep up the good work!
