2 years ago I had issues that caused me to have a procedure done , dr. Deparaldo said my insurance will pay for it when I turn 45 so we waited a month to do it, well the procedure was coded wrong to my insurance company so they would not cover it. I tried calling dr. Deparaldo's office for 6 months to get them to correct this issue and no one could help. I was sent from one person to another and didn't get anywhere. My husband had a simple colonoscopy done without any complications, so we thought! Within 1 day afterwards, he was admitted to the hospital to only find out Dr. dePeralta had punctured the lining of his bowels, removing 3 small polyps, He was then taken into emergency surgery and admitted to ICU, after Dr. tried to fix his mistake, He is a very high risk patient and the Dr. knew before he (tried ) to do a simple colonoscopy,, So now my husband is lying there while this Dr. Is wondering what to do next, because he is getting ... read more
Dr was very direct in resolving my issues. He has a good bed side manner and easy to communicate with.
Dr. Deperalta was amazing! He listened to my concerns, he was sensitive with my conditions and was able to find the problem and treat it! I liked that even though he’s a surgeon, his first option wasn’t surgery. He wanted to try other less invasive options first, and it ended up that surgery wasn’t needed! All around great experience, I would highly recommend!
