After several weight loss attempts over the past ten years, Dr. Huegel's program and guidance have helped me to reach my goal weight. The one on one attention was particularly helpful and she really helped me stay focused on my goals. I finally feel in control of my cravings and diet. I feel educated rather than obsessed about portions and food. Dr. Huegel's personal touch, encouragement and knowledge have made the difference for me.
