I saw Dr Vergara in 2018/2019 maybe? She totally dismissed my pain complaints as a weight issue. I even brought my husband in once to validate my pain concerns as I felt she wasn’t believing me. She did nothing to help me and here I am laying down in pain 5 years later undiagnosed and scared to see another dr to be told the same thing. These drs need to understand they do mental damage when they dismiss someone and gaslight them. Not responsive to patients nor to other physicians. Called her several times to have a medication changed that was causing a drug interaction. The other specialist also called her several times. Neither of us spoke to a person and both were sent into a voicemail system. It took 3 days to receive a return call to the specialist who was reaching out to her & myself. I had already had to wait over a month to reschedule for a mistake that they had made to get in when I got this appointment. The address is wrong so I was sent 25 minutes out of the way to some house and when I told them about it they said they already knew about it. They refused to make accommodations to correct the problem and on top of that they tried to make it sound like it was my fault even though the address is not in the email reminder.
