Loretta the receptionist for dr Claudia Chengs office is honestly amazing. For years i have suffered with pain/problems, have felt misheard and put off by doctors. I had been given a referral to go see Dr Claudia Cheng which i have booked and waiting to see her next week for my appointment. I have had a very positive experience with Dr Cheng from my first appointment through to my post op appointment. I found her to be professional, she put me at ease, clearly explained each step of the process and I felt confident and well informed, proceeding to my surgery. Her office staff were also wonderful to deal with, always happy to answer any questions and arranged a Telehealth appointment for me when I had concerns the week after surgery. It has taken me years to write this, but I am finally sharing my experience because other women deserve to be properly informed and to understand that this can happen. I was only 26 years old when I went in for what was supposed to be a laparoscopy for endometriosis, just before there was real awareness and understanding around endometriosis.
