This is the worst Dr. I have ever gone to. After not going to the bathroom properly for a week (and a history of stomach problems) I went in for a referral for a gastroenterologist. After "prescribing something I can get much cheaper over the counter she made me get an x-ray. After jumping through her hoops she told me I don't see anything so no referral. Completely ignoring my chronic symptoms. I will refresh this review with the medical condition she ignored after seeing a real Dr.
I have known Dr Castano for 18 years as a patient. I wasn't able to see her for the last 10 or 12 years due to my relocation. Back in Texas now and found her again. Still looks exactly the same. She is still just and sweet,kind and compassionate as always. She is very knowledgeable about my diagnosis and did not hesitate to answer all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Her office mgr Brandy was also very helpful educating me with medicare questions. So happy to find them. LUV HER
