I had an incredibly disappointing experience on April 7th. Dr. David was visibly impatient, standing with his arms crossed and even rolling his eyes while I was explaining my situation. When I tried to share what my previous dentist had noted and how I was feeling, he condescendingly accused me of 'self-diagnosing.' I felt completely dismissed and unsupported. Je suis allée faire extraire deux dents de sagesse avec le Dr. Claude David et honnêtement, ça s’est très bien passé, même mieux que je l’imaginais. Je n’étais pas stressée durant l’intervention, tout s’est bien déroulé. Lui et son équipe font un travail impeccable, très professionnels et rassurants. La secrétaire est aussi toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Je recommande sans hésiter !
This review is long overdue as I thought I had written it already. Before my first visit three years ago, I saw a few negative comments about Dr. Claude David’s bedside manner, and honestly, they worried me. After seeing him twice now, I can confidently say my experience has been very positive. He was always polite, straightforward, introduced himself and clearly explained his specialty. Got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. David and I never thought it would be so easy. Dr. David is a fantastic doctor, explains the whole procedure in detail, and very honest. Also to note, because the extraction didn't take as long to perform, he gave me a discount from the regular price, not common in today's society to find such honest people. Truly a great experience overall, great staff as well! I recommend Dr. Claude David to anyone looking for specialist they can trust.
I have never had such a terrible experience with a dentist like I have with him, horrible bedside manner and serious lack of empathy for his patients. Was going to get my wisdom teeth removed and he was so unprofessional I walked out, and considering the other reviews please take this into account.
