I just left Dr. Piatt's office, and I want to thank everyone for my wonderful first-time experience with this practice. All of the women in the office were cordial, pleasant, and helpful. Dr. Piatt patiently reviewed my medical history and thoroughly described what he observed and recommended. He explained everything clearly and concisely and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Pratt was so wonderful. He took care of me, made sure I had a follow up, took his time. The front desk and schedulers were helpful, courteous, and friendly.
Dr Piatt ar actually great.Thorough, detailed and experienced. But that's where the good experience ends. His assistant is absolutely horrible. Rude, old fashioned and don't do the tests accurately. She basically give Dr Piatt wrong stats and do the measurements inadequately so the fact that Dr Piatt can do a good job is limited.

I am a newer patient and so far I like how everything is going. He explains everything and shows me on the computer if I don't understand since I haven't used a cpap machine that long.
