Very rude pushy doctor , has attitude and doesn't care about what you have to say and your reasoning to even be seen . Makes you feel very unwelcoming and unfriendly . Avoid this Dr at all costs . I switched to this OB because I had a terrible experience with my prior one at the beginning of my pregnancy and the wait times were terrible. The staff is nice and welcoming, the wait times are short which I appreciated. However the dr was rude to me during my pregnancy and made me feel terrible about my weight it was not what she said it was the way she said it with the other person in the room who is training to be an OB as well once she started bringing her in during my appointments she was very rude to me. During my cystoscopy with Dr. Aubert, he informed me that more than likely I would need a hysterectomy. The uterus had prolapsed He spoke with Dr. Chae and she saw me that same afternoon. She agreed with him. They actually have worked together for several years. She performs the hysterectomy and he follows up with placing a sling to support the bladder. This review is long over due as I have been a patient of Dr Clara Chae’s for a few years now. She is AMAZING!! She is thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, takes her time and you never feel rushed. If you are looking for high quality care I highly recommend Dr Chae, you won’t be disappointed
