This review is long overdue. Let me start by saying I was referred to Dr. Serrato by RSC. I had a fibroid surgery in June of 2024 and it was unsuccessful. A MAJOR MISS! Dr. Serrato is an artist with a MD. I was referred to her after my RE found fibroids and suspected endometriosis. After an TVS, she was very confident about a favorable outcome if I underwent a myomecmtomy. She is the best person one could go to for a Minimally invasive robotic surgery. Thank you so much to Dr. Serrato and her team for the amazing skill and care applied to my situation. I feel lucky to have found her.
Dr. Serrato is a great gynecologist. She patiently removed many fibroids (>10) and ovarian cyst wall over a few hours. All the procedures went well and I got just minimal bleeding with excellent recovery. Follow up sessions with her were also great. She was always responsive to any inquires via email. I truly appreciate her surgery and medical support and guidance. I feel so lucky to meet her and receive the surgery from Dr. Serrato.
Terrible experience with the front desk this afternoon. She said her name is Rebecca and I’m not even sure if that’s her correct name because she was reluctant to give it to me. Took me 3 months to finally reschedule my first consult because of their lack of availability during the holidays which was understandable. But what a waste of time to drive here only to find out that they don’t take my insurance which took “Rebecca” only a few seconds to check in front of me.
