Sorry I ever set foot in this office. Dr Jones-Woods is a timid box-ticker and her office is lazy and trifling. Never could get my insurance updated, so consistently was referred to places that don't take my insurance (which she seemed to think was my fault) and they refuse to do prior authorization for meds because they might have to work a little. Changed PCPs and no longer have these issues.
Disappointing client care by their office. I've been trying to get my labs that were taken in May 2024. I was told on July 9th that the doctor hadn't reviewed them yet but someone would call me back. I finally got them today July 12th after trying to get ahold of their office for all morning. Tonya hung up on me after refusing to provide the details of the lab results. The staff is friendly, the setting is very organized and structured. Friendly both staff and provider. She has patience and cares about what YOUR concerns. Educates along the way as well. Highly recommend.
