Dr. Jones is a gem with patient care. She listens, takes deep dives into patient care and offers solutions. Her team consist of dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants that are so kind, patient and resourceful. They entire team knows you and that's a great feeling in today's world of healthcare. Great job Dr. Jones and your team!
I love my doctor. She is the best even Magie I never had a problem with nobody there everybody treats you well and are straightforward with you. I recommend them
I am not the type to leave reviews especially negative ones but I switched to her after my primary left. I want to start by saying the office staff is amazing and go above and beyond. If not for that I would give 1 star. Dr. Jones however is very brash which didn't bother me at first but she did not listen or take my issues seriously. My breaking point was after an hour wait for a virtual appointment. I asked for a different medicine because what I got hasn't worked for me in the past and the other one has.
