I am not the type to leave reviews especially negative ones but I switched to her after my primary left. I want to start by saying the office staff is amazing and go above and beyond. If not for that I would give 1 star. Dr. Jones however is very brash which didn't bother me at first but she did not listen or take my issues seriously. Always very helpful with my father. She always calls me back to answer my questions.
So unprofessional. Shouldn't be a doctor. Aren't they supposed to have a code of ethics?
Absolutely the worst physician we have encountered. She took terrible care of our family member at Edwards. I would never recommend her especially since she told the family she does not care about safety, and yelled at the patient and his spouse. If you ever encounter her just know she doesn’t care about you as a patient and would rather you end up in the ER than take care of you.
