I have been a patient for a couple of years until this past week. I have never been seen at my appointment time, ever. I’ve tried early mornings, late afternoons, and I am always left to wait. It is extremely rude and quite frankly, disrespectful to have patients arrive 15 minutes early and then make them wait over an hour. This last appointment was the end for me.
