Front desk staff are very efficient and friendly. Nurse practitioner Lauren is warm and answers questions readily. Been with Dr. Dao for some time and I appreciate his knowledge, helpful manner and the fact he listens to you without judgment. He is so respectful.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while now and honestly, it has become my family clinic. Tracy at reception is amazing, she’s always so helpful, kind, and really understanding. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients, and she always makes things easier, especially when you’re not feeling your best. Moreover she can speak Vietnamese, very helpful for my mom and dad.
