Dr. Yen Is an amazing and phenominal he recently done back surgery on my husband and the results were more than we could have expected and we thank him so much for his dedication. We could never say thank you enough for bringing some normalcy in our lives again it has been 2 years.
This person damaged my spinal cord during surgery and gave me 3 stage nerve damage. My right leg has permanent numbness and I have permanent foot drop. He was careless and let bone chips into the spinal canal that pierced my dura and damage L4 and L5 discs. This has been devastating. Since then another surgeon has performed a laminectomy that cleaned up his damage where he left bone fragments were pressing against my spinal cord. He diagnosed my chiari malformation and performed life-changing decompression surgery on me. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be alive today. I can't express how grateful I am to him.
Dr. Yen gave me my life back. No words can describe how grateful I am to have him as my back surgeon. Him and his staff are the best. I would give him ten stars if I could. Adding on to my review. Went back for my six month check up and everything is great. I must say Dr.Yen is the best and kindest back surgeon. Him and his staff are the best. If you have a bad back like I did go see him he is the greatest.
I had an initial consult, did all the required imaging, and then he never reached out with any kind of follow-up. It has been six months.
