I informed Dr Lin that my father, a former patient of his had recently passed and I inquired about a refund for prepaid treatments that were unused. Not only did Dr Lin not extend his condolences but he questioned why we should get a refund based on some supposed "contract" my father signed. Been coming here as a family since 2016. If you have cancer or any immunity comprised condition this is the place to go. I've seen fellow patients with stage 3 to 4 cancer get better without chemotherapy and radiation. I come here for maintenance for my health and it's been helpful to making healthy changes in my life.
