I informed Dr Lin that my father, a former patient of his had recently passed and I inquired about a refund for prepaid treatments that were unused. Not only did Dr Lin not extend his condolences but he questioned why we should get a refund based on some supposed "contract" my father signed. It is impossible for my father to complete the remaining treatments considering he is no longer with us and the fact that he was so cold was disgusting and quite disturbing. Been coming here as a family since 2016. If you have cancer or any immunity comprised condition this is the place to go. I've seen fellow patients with stage 3 to 4 cancer get better without chemotherapy and radiation. I come here for maintenance for my health and it's been helpful to making healthy changes in my life.
