Just moved to the Tampa Bay area last month and called this Doctor's office to see if they accept my insurance. They assured me they did. Had to wait almost a month and then after filling out pages of paper work, they tell me they do not except my insurance. They stated it was my insurance company's mistake and I would be reimbursed paying the out of network expense for the visit.
