Arrived 30 minutes early for my APPOINTMENT. Saw African American male wearing White Jacket escorting 2 people outside. Looked at us, went back inside . We arrived at the same doors a few minutes and found them locked. Knocked on the doors but no response. I can't use the words that l would like to use to describe this miserable ××× ×× × ×××××.
Great doctor
The staff here is extremely nice and very professional. The office is always clean. The team here is well put together. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is/goes well. My mother has been to this office for over two years and every visit/ is worth it! Dr Chima takes pride in what he does and does a job well done. Dr. Chimas office has the infusion center who are prompt and efficient. The lady that draws blood is great. Dr chima however is God awful. He may be a good doctor,I'm not sure. I'm tired of waiting behind long lines only to spend 5 minutes to get prescription. I really dont think he really cares. Very cold. Very poor manager of time. Patients time is valuable too. The front desk needs to learn how to communicate. Health grade is 2.4 out of 5
Front staff is extremely welcoming and nice, however the manager was unprofessional as she was patrolling the parking lot and placing sticky notes on people vehicles about double parking. However, once one employee double parks, you have no choice but to follow the pattern.
