Dr. O saw me 1 time for an initial appointment, and solved a mystery that many others missed over the years. Thankful to have been seen and treated.
I went to another cardiologist before seeing Dr. O whom I didn’t feel like listen to me. Dr. O listened to my concerns and answered all my questions throughly. His staff was very nice. The receptionist made my appt w the assistant and changed it when I called back. Very professional! Three family members see him and I highly recommend Dr. O.
Very nice heart doctor. I love when they talk clear English and easy to understand and explains to patients very well
Very frustrating that their staff uses incorrect diagnoses codes that insurance will not cover. I called the billing department and they refused to revise it. I called the office directly, and they said they would look into it but it was never resolved after months. I am now going through the appeals process with my insurance company because they used an “unspecified” variant of a code for a follow-up visit, which insurance will not pay for.
