Before pandemic. My dentist referred us to Dr.Alfred Chu. He pulled out wrong wisdom tooth and charged me and didn’t take accountability for his actions. I had to pay again from another dentist to get right wisdom tooth removal . Still suffering from pain from this error.
Awful experience here. The medical staff were judgemental and rude. Not patient-care oriented at all. Felt rushed throughout. Didn’t want to write me a prescription for saline solution. The nurse was judgemental and condescending when I asked her questions. she completely ridiculed me and left me in tears with her judgement. People like this should not work in healthcare. Amazing staff and doctors. Two extractions were completed and had no issues.
Had all four wisdom teeth removed. Seemed very straightforward and no major complications so far. Dr. Chu works efficiently and the surgery went well in my opinion. Just wish I could’ve kept my wisdom teeth after the extraction.
