Dr. Topel was my doctor when he was in Austin at the teaching hospital formerly known as Brackenridge during his residency. This doctor actually took the time to listen to all of my concerns and believed me when I staid that I think all these weird symptoms were connected somehow. He was the one who diagnosed my MS (multiple sclerosis) after seeing so many other doctors over the course of a year without any answers.
