Terrible! The receptionist today was so unprofessional. She was talking in Spanish not thinking that the patients know what she was saying. She was complaining the whole time. Also, before we made an appointment I asked the previous receptionist if we needed anything else and she said we were fine. When we get there the receptionist who was speaking in Spanish said we couldn’t see the doctor because there was no referral. Dr. Wright performed TURP surgery on me that left me pissing blood for months. A second surgery was needed to stop the bleeding. When the catheter was removed I still couldn't urinate. He told me I was an enigma and that I might have to have a foley catheter for the rest of my life. After months of trips to the ER because each time he removed the catheter he wouldn't let me come to the office if I still couldn't pee and UTI's the entire time I had to heal myself by self cathetering and with meds for my prostate.
