I had to ask him three times if I offended him in any way because the way he was so rude to me. I asked a question regarding my chart and he told me ' I don't use my chart. I'm too busy for it. Don't waste my time' He never followed up with me regarding my blood results and when I called the office he wouldn't return my calls because he's too busy.
He was a rude jerk. I purposely brought my husband because of my prior experience with Dr. Young. He was in a hurry and dismissed everything I said. When my husband and I were discussing his attitude, he came back in the room and said “what is that you two were saying?” Maybe he is stressed but it made me lose faith in the Cleveland Clinic.
The worst doctor I have ever had an experience with. Rude, impatient and unprofessional.
Dr. Young seemed in a rush when talking to me for the first time when I came by their medical office. He never followed up with me (promised to write comments on the report) after the results came in and I had to call the office several times to get help and ask questions about my test results. He just did not seem to care much about what I had to say and even mentioned he needed to move on to the next patient during my first visit there....really?
