I was referred to this organization by my primary doctor and Dr. Vuong was first available one after 2 months. By the time I was able to see him, I didn’t have any allergy symptoms but wanted to have allergy tests. He said it cannot be done on that day and basically examined my ears and throat. I was referred to Dr. Vuong by my family doctor at St. Jude Hospital and scheduled an appointment through Vuong's office (also within the Providence St. Jude network) for August 6 at 3:45pm—an appointment I made back on June 13. Because Providence uses MyChart, I confirmed the appointment online again on August 4, and it was still clearly listed and active. I waited over a month for the appointment and drove all the way from Newport Beach to the Fullerton office for a 1:45 p.m. appointment—only to be told that Dr. Vuong had already left. I called the office at 1:40 to inform them I was running about ten minutes late, but I could only leave a message, as no one answered the phone. I understand the importance of being on time, but I believe there was a breakdown in communication and would appreciate some accommodation—explanation of office policy in such situations.

Dr. Vuong is a experienced and knowledgeable ENT! He is patient and listens to what you have to say. He answers questions. I Have had multiple sinus problems, all of which he has taken care of. Both, my Office visit's and surgeries have been performed by Dr. Vuong. His assistant, Chelsie, is always so helpful!

Took my 4 year old daughter in for unknown throat pain. Dr. was thorough in his analysis. Took all possible routes to verify and was especially careful with my Daughter. Cleaned her inner ear and help her get a camera inside her throat with ease, which even adults have a hard time doing. Great experience, recommending my Wife to go also.
