If I could give less than one star, I would. Truly unprofessional and mean - both the staff and doctor. I was seven minutes late to my appointment due to heavy traffic after an a storm. As I approached the office to explain my delay, I was not greeted with a smile; instead, the window was opened for a few seconds, and all I heard from the nurse was, "Let's see if the doctor can still see you." Dr. Pelletiere is a wonderful person and surgeon. I was lucky enough to have two procedures by him. He and staff are super friendly and very professional. I live in Toronto and and recently went to the clinic for my second breast augmentation, it was worth the travel. He’s the best!
