I had waited for my appointment for a long time, and it got canceled 4 days before with the excuse saying they could not reach me When I went to the office in person to confirm date and time. I cut the receptionist in too many lies! One saying they call a week prior which she did not and also made it sound like she was doing some charity work by calling me.
