If I could give ZERO stars, I would. First off, his staff is incredibly rude, and outdated. It’s 2025, and they have no email system set up. To even set up an appointment, you have to send them your medical records via fax only, and if they aren’t aware of it, they will throw away your records before you call to then set up the appointment. Had a reaction to several medicines that caused acute kidney failure and damaged the nerves to my bladder. This then caused me to have to use a catheter to urinate. Because of the catheterization I developed a chronic bacterial infection which spread from my bladder to other organs including my left kidney. All of this then caused me to be hospitalized 3 times in a year. Dr. Thacker took my complicated case and was able to put the infection into remission. I appreciate his expertise and thankful for his help.

Dr. Thacker and his staff are the best! Without going into detail, they rescued me a couple of years ago, and supported me through my recovery. These days, it seems as if I never have to wait while in the office, and never have to wait to see Dr. Thacker when in the treatment room. I have nothing but good things to say!
