Best doctor and staff that I have ever been to. Doctor is patient and listens to your every word. He and his staff make you feel like you're at home or with friends. Extremely respectful and gives excellent diagnosis. I only wish that I had found him sooner. Honestly, this is the first doctor that I completely trust. And his staff are wonderful. You feel great when you're there and better when you leave.
Early on in this situation I asked the receptionist twice to ask someone in authority to intervene with the problems I was having. She refused. So how in the world am I to get my problems solved with absolutely no communication. I can't deal with someone raising their voice at me and getting me upset. And then not helping solve the problem. I'm certain this has more to do with my Insurance company telling me that they have to retrain their employees who were billing incorrectly. I have downloaded two photos of the billing for services never rendered that caused my insurance to take a look at them. I went to this appointment as a follow-up for emergency services and to receive an antibiotic and a form to fill out for a Dentist and they billed for all these mental health services. What kind of a crock is this. I'm sooo glad my insurance knows I'm not the guilty one here. And now my suspicions are true. Update*My Insurance is now telling me that this office never filed an appeal. Why? Why was an appeal not done! So now I have to ho through every 6 weeks of testing to make sure it's ok. All I ever heard was it had to have prior approvals. There's a big problem when you have a medical assistant scream that they had to do prior approvals all morning long, Escripts and my Insurance claim this office never called.
